The Proprietor is Stanford Hylton who has several years experience both as being a landlord himself and as a property manager for his father-in-law’s 9 bedroom house and 3 flats in Streatham, South London. He also spent several years working within the public sector dealing with the general public on a daily basis. Both the positive and negative experiences were driving forces behind the establishing of Hylton Estates and Consultancy Services.
